Coach Greg Williams has over 45 years of experience in coaching, fitness and training.
Growing up in Philadelphia played a major part in Coach Greg's love and interest in sports and athletics. He grew up playing baseball, football and basketball. Baseball seemed to be the sport he began to learn and play in organized settings. He later had equal interest and enjoyment playing all 3 sports. In high school he was a part of the Central High track and cross country team. That experience gave Greg a greater awareness of fitness and conditioning.
Coach Greg continued his education at Central State Univerity in Wilberforce, Ohio where he earned a BS Degree in education majoring in health and physical education.
His training and education at Central State played a major part in Coach Greg's early experience in teaching, training, coaching and officiating in basketball and baseball.

Coach Greg returned to Philadelphia after graduating from Central State University in 1977 and immediately began working and teaching physical education in Philadelphia & Cheltenham Pennsylvania.
A few years later he began counseling and coaching basketball with pre-teens and teenagers in South Philadelphia. Not long after that he included baseball in his realm of coaching and managing as he started up a baseball team "North Philly Phillies" in North Philadelphia. Coach Greg's son Bruce was one of the youngest and talented player on the North Philly Phillies.
Bruce currently is a highly recognized successful personal trainer and fitness guru.
Although Coach Greg moved into supervisory and administrative positions as an athletic director, school age supevisor and camp director he continued to coach.

In 1988, Coach Greg relocated to Delaware and went into a few different career directions.
He held a position as a director for 2 years for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. In 1990 he began somewhat of a diferent career as a trainer/educator for the Delaware Division of Public Health.
Coach Greg moved into supervisory and management positions as he continued working in Public Health for 28 years.
Throughout those years he continued his coaching, mentoring, fitness and sports training work and experiences.
He coached different summer league and traveling teams throughout the mid 1990's well into the 2000 millineum years.
Coach Greg assisted in training and coaching his son AJ throughout his developmental years that led to his successful high school (St. Elizabeth High School) and college (Cabrini University) years as a scholar athlete in basketball.
Coach Greg spent four years as the Assistant Coach at Salem Community College in New Jersey from 2019 - 2023. He was Blessed to be working as an assistant coach under the direction of his son,
AJ Williams who was the Head Men's Basketball Coach.
